That Development and Legislative Services Report 2023-177 be received; and That appointments made on February 28, 2023, to the Downtown Port Colborne Business Improvement Area Board of Management be rescinded; and That the By-Law to appoint members to the Downtown Port Colborne Business Improvement Area Board of Management be approved; and That the By-Law to Provide Procedural, Financial, Governance and Operating Guidelines to the Downtown Port Colborne Business Improvement Area Board of Management attached as Appendix A of Development and Legislative Services Report 2023- 177 be approved.
