That Corporate Services Department Report 2022-99 be received; and That Sierra Planning and Management - Review of Road Allowances as Informal Beach Accesses (Road Ends Report), be received for information; and That staff report back to Council on specific implementation plans from the recommendations within the Road Ends Report and/or bring forward Capital Projects for approval through future capital budget requests.
